Tracing - Community vs. Separate Property

  Our firm has a unique experience in the field of tracing the character assets maintained over a period of time. This is done to calculate the amount of an estate that is normally comprised of both community and separate property.

  We focus on contested wills and divorce cases since our experience has shown these have the most impact on an individual's estate. We use advanced tools. For example, our proprietary software allows us to trace multiple accounts over an extended period of time.
